200KW 400V Brushless Stamford Type Alternator AC Electric Generator
AC Electric Generator Description:
All copy Stamford alternator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch. This eliminates triple(3rd, 9th, 15th) harmonics on the voltage waveform and is found to be the optimum design for a trouble-free supply of non-linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents sometimes seen with higher winding pitches, when in parallel with the mains. A fully connected damper winding reduces oscillations during parallelling. This winding, with the 2/3 pitch and carefully selected pole and tooth designs, ensures very low waveform distortion.
AC Electric Generator Application
ZZG Series Brushless Synchronous Generator is a new generation of a generator, which is developed and designed by our company after we digested fully the advanced technology of the internationally famous brand generator. It owns single bearing and double bearing structure can be assembled with all kinds of domestic and foreign brand engines. The base adopts steel shell structure, stator core adopts is a brushless self-excited type, it can control integral type overlying lamination, rotor core adopts full damping convex structure, excitation mode automatically via AVR. Our product has characteristics of compact size, lightweight, elegant appearance, reliable performance, easy installation, and convenient maintenance.
